On the menu, Ariège specialties compete in generosity: homemade semi-cooked duck foie gras, egg casserole with fresh foie, azinat, cassoulet with duck confit, gratin of ravioli with porcini mushrooms, butcher's cut accompanied by fries with duck fat ... Without forgetting the delicious "homemade" desserts such as apple crumble revisited in their own way, crème brûlée or chocolate fondant.

Every day, local dishes enrich the menu, with tempting creations such as pig's ears confit with Espelette pepper, seven-hour lamb, asparagus ravioli with speck and parmesan cream, or again the prawns at the hypocras.
